Team Building
At KAIB we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in bringing together people with like-minded interests to promote their wellbeing and the society at large. This is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress of all our members. Physical Activity and Exercise
At KAIB we are dedicated to keeping our members physically active to improve our mental health, help manage weight and reduce the risk of diseases. We are proponents of WHO warning that Sedentary lifestyle increases all causes of mortality, double the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and obesity, and increases the risks of colon cancer, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, lipid disorders, depression, and anxiety.
